Charlestown, Indiana - A community about to explode.
Charlestown Landing is a unique 77 acre planned community development combining 20 acres of commercial property adjacent to Charlestown's Hwy. 62 main corridor with single family residential, two patio home communities, Parkside Trace Apartments, and the existing Clark Memorial Hospital clinic & Wilson Education Center. Additionally, there is an assisting living and mini storage parcel.
